A transformation is a profound shift resulting in lasting change. Watch this video to learn how I help clients achieve meaningful, transformative change through business, executive, and recovery coaching.
Clients turn to me for big, fresh ideas that can generate an immediate payoff -- and an energy boost to help teams get unstuck. Often these ideas are surfaced during Breakthrough Jam Sessions, when we come together using my proven, action-oriented approach to sharpen focus and reignite momentum.
I work with clients who’ve encountered challenges at work, at home, with work / life integration -- or clients who simply feel stuck in some aspect of their career or life. I help clients ‘pull up’ from the immediate challenges, refocus on what really matters, assist them in developing a plan, and inspire them to move forward.
I also work with clients who’ve hit the wall due to substance abuse, addictive behaviors, or other major life interruptions. Together we develop a plan to help them regain and maintain equilibrium during recovery from these situations, ensuring they return to a grounded state -- and are able to return to peak performance.
I’m a big fan of the power of three, I’d like to share three statements related to my point of view on coaching:
#1 Transformations are possible. A transformation is a profound shift resulting in lasting change. Transformation has been a constant theme in my personal and professional journey. Today, my business, executive, and recovery coaching focuses on helping individuals and teams create the conditions that lead to lasting change.
#2 Action leads to outcomes. GSD (Get Shit Done) is shorthand for techniques I developed over a 25 year career leading change and driving big outcomes for a number of Silicon Valley success stories. Mark Twain once remarked, “The secret in getting ahead is getting started.” GSD is all about getting started, building momentum, and maintaining that momentum to overcome obstacles that stand in the way of transformation.
#3 You (or your team) don't have to do this alone. I often hear from clients, “It’s great having you in my corner.” Sometimes the greatest help we need is to simply have someone in the game with us, standing shoulder-to-shoulder—giving us the energy and confidence to take action. A big part of my authentic self is doing what great coaches do: connect, understand what’s going on, cut through the clutter and identify a path forward.
I hope you find the content I’ve assembled helpful, and I'd love to hear from you! Whether it’s identifying the transformation you’re after—or jamming on overcoming the obstacles in the path of that transformation—please contact me.
