12 Quotes to Make a Positive Shift This Year
How’s the year starting out for you? Please drop me a note; I’d love to hear from you.
As I finalized my six actions to set up 2022, the answer to one of the actions -- selecting a theme for the year -- emerged one morning after journaling about what I'd love more of this year: to sit more loosely, to extend more grace to myself and others, and to experience more fun and simple moments.
That requires me to let go of a number of things including the scorecard, worrying about what others think of me, and my medical degree from Google.
That’s why my theme for 2022 is LET GO! I hope by now you’ve established your theme, too. If you haven’t – and you’re looking for inspiration – check out my recent LinkedIn post with feedback from clients and friends on their themes.
At some point I’ll find myself holding on too tight, and I’ll need to make a positive shift to let go. That's when I'll turn to one of the following quotes I discovered over the last year. Each of them fueled my tank, and I’m sure they’ll do it again. I hope they do that for you, too.
All good things,
Ben
