Two of my favorite words are, "me, too." They create a connection by establishing trust and conveying empathy. They are also great at helping someone who's stuck get unstuck. A proven technique I suggest to clients -- and to anyone looking to back "into the flow" -- is being intentional about using "me, too," along with two other powerful phrases to help you become more present and focused.
