Want to Crush Your Defining Moment?

With :18 seconds left on the clock at the NCAA tournament in 1982, freshman Michael Jordan rose up to hit the game-winning shot for North Carolina over Georgetown. People highlight that specific shot as the defining moment he realized he could handle the pressure of his college experience — and a career in the NBA, too. Jordan, of course, would go on to win six NBA championships.

Whether you’re a high performer overwhelmed with increasing responsibilities, an entrepreneur scaling a business, or an executive facing a professional or personal challenge, we all face defining moments. And when we overcome them, we positively change our life’s trajectory.

My defining moment occurred when I realized my struggles with anxiety, addiction, and overwhelm were causing my very full life to quickly contract. I had to make a shift. That shift began my journey in the exploration and development of positive practices that have returned me to an expansive life full of meaningful relationships, meaningful experiences, and meaningful work.

Today I use my defining moment to coach high performers through their defining moments. If you’ve hit a wall, feel stuck in your trajectory, or want to take your performance to the next level, I can help you set a practice to make a positive shift.
