Every day we have the opportunity to take jumps big and small. For me, fear is often the single biggest inhibitor in taking the jump. That’s when the universe sends me exactly the right quote with a burst of energy. Here are twelve of my favorite energy-boosting quotes from last year. Keep reading to learn how podcast host Bronwyn Saglimbeni reached out to me when she needed help with her next big jump. After our work Bronwyn asked me back on her show to talk about the experience. I hope you enjoy reading what a sacred space means to Yvonne—and why we all should establish one.
