If you’re just now getting to know me, welcome! One thing you’ll see throughout my website is a reference to GSD. GSD is shorthand for Get Shit Done, and it involves using my Six Practices for High Performance to help you get unstuck and move the ball down the field. The legendary coach Vince Lombardi once remarked, “Inches make champions.” (Yes, I’m a Green Bay Packers fan!) GSD is all about sparking momentum from your actions to help you rise to the top.
As your coach and partner, I’ll help you power your positive by setting a practice to create a positive shift at your defining moment. It will inspire you. It will challenge you. It will help you find your authentic self and know, with certainty, what it feels like to live “in the flow” of life, not pushing (or being pulled).
