“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive and go do it, because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”

Keynotes

I love sharing my energy and bias for action during one-on-one coaching. And I really love sharing it with groups, from dozens at retreats to thousands at conferences and corporate events. My keynotes are designed to help attendees shift into a state of sustained, healthy high performance that’s necessary for transformative, defining moments.

A transformation is a profound shift leading to lasting change. I’d love to discuss how I can inject my authenticity, joy, and strategic thinking to help you and your team realize that change.

Reimagine Resilience

What is resilience? How can it contribute to greater levels of professional and personal fulfillment? And how we can develop it? In this interactive 45-minute keynote your and your team will learn nine techniques you can immediately use to coach your inner coach. The goal: bounce back from challenges more quickly and bounce forward to experiment with life.

Awareness: Being intently focused on the present moment is not our default setting. Learn how to hit pause, pull up, and return to a more grounded state for optimal decision making.

Abundance: During times of overwhelm or uncertainty, we focus on what we don’t have. Learn to recognize when you're in a state of scarcity and how to shift to a state of abundance, where you can access your best internal and external resources.

Action: “Grind it out” can lead to high performance -- but it’s not healthy or sustainable. Learn my top three techniques for achieving sustained, healthy high performance.

A Note from Ben

The evolving global pandemic has forced us to recognize there’s a new normal. Any personal or business plan we create at the beginning of the year has the potential to be upended one (or more) times by the end of the year. Additionally, over the last decade we’ve experienced seismic shocks from natural disasters, divisive political issues (and their impact on global business), roller-coaster economics, the fight for equality, and more.

These shocks move us from the way the world was to an undefined future. And, like any from / to shift, the middle is never pretty. Some days we feel like we‘re taking two steps forward followed by days when it feels like we’re taking five giant steps back.

That’s why the need to increase our resilience has never been more urgent. Resilience helps us bounce back from difficulties and bounce forward to experiment with life. It’s an opportunity to turn down the voice of our “inner critic” and turn up the voice of our “inner coach.”

Thanks for the session today Ben! It comes at a great time. I’m taking a week off after today and that gives me the space to focus on a few of my key takeaways like creating a routine to build my psychological immune system. Feeling grateful.
